Introduction

Stakeholders are those people, groups, or individuals who are involved in a transaction of some kind. The people can be affected in two ways; directly and indirectly. Directly means people who are affected by stakeholders, and Indirectly means people who are affected by the Indirect consequences of the stakeholders.

Stakeholder Map organizes all of the people that are being affected by a problem directly or indirectly, which in turn helps us understand the reach of a given problem.

As designers our job is to help the public understand the problem and give solutions. Stakeholder mapping helps us better understand a situation caused by a stakeholder and people that are being affected by the situation. It neatly organizes all of the people that are being affected, which helps the viewer to fully grasp the situation.

Working in a group this time around wasn't the best experience I've had. There was a lack of communication between us, which made me lose all of the motivation I had for the Stakeholder map, which in turn made our work not as good as others.

Mantra of the day

"There is no 'I' in a group"
