In this week's Think Lab, we learned about Lines and their use to convey emotions and feelings. I used to think of lines as just things I drew on paper, but after watching the video "The dot and the line: A Romance in lower mathematics" my perception towards lines has significantly changed. More on that later.

Warm Up Activity

The warm-up activity was very stressful this time around. Because we only had 3 minutes to make our line expressions Which didn't go that well for me. I couldn't even complete some of the Line expressions on time. I struggled quite a bit during the warmup because when I was drawing, I was thinking too grand for my expressions and ended up not being able to complete some of them.

For the Main Activity, I feel like I did a decent job creating my expressions. But I spent way too much time thinking about what to draw for the expression courage and ended up wasting a lot of time. For the 3d expression, Since I wasted so much time, I wasn't left with much time for the 3d, and the end result is not quite to my satisfaction.

Reflection

Even though I didn't do that well in this week's think lab, I still feel that I achieved something. After learning more about lines and their use for expressions and that there are various types of lines; Lines can be curvy, straight, or zig-zag and, they each can have their expressions, these are the things I wasn't much familiar with, and it was great learning about them. I feel like I could've done a better job creating the 3d expression

but, I won't take this as a loss and grieve about it. instead, I'll try my hardest to work on my shortcomings and keep on trying.
